Sex EmpowerED values your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we use, disclose, and process your personal information (as such term is defined below) collected through our website https://www.sexempowered.org, any other websites we own and operate that link to this Privacy Notice (the “Sites”), and the related content, platform, services, products, and other functionality offered on or through our services (collectively, the “Services”). The scope of this Privacy Notice has been expanded to include additional information about how we treat personal information and options for how you can control your personal information. Please note this Privacy Notice is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations not otherwise provided by law.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Sex EmpowerED is a 501(c)(3) non-profit membership organization dedicated to ensuring that people can receive comprehensive, medically accurate, and sex-positive sexual health and reproductive SexED does not itself provide health care services and are not operated by licensed medical professionals. This Privacy Notice also does not address privacy practices relating to Sex EmpowerED employees and other personnel.
